摘要 社会经济及信息技术的发展带来了知识爆炸式增长和人们行为的改变。为了适应商业发展的变化、提高教与学的效率,商学院一直在探索新的适合的教学方法。沉浸式戏剧的出现为我们提供了一种新的思路。基于此,本文运用积极心理学中的心流理论,结合营销管理教与学的特点,探讨了商科教学中沉浸式学习的概念、关键要素及实施步骤。本研究为营销管理教与学的创新改革发展提供了一定的借鉴。 With the development of social economy and information technology,people’s behavior is changing and knowledge is growing explosively.In order to adapt to the changes of business development and improve the efficiency of teaching and learning,the teachers in business schools are always exploring new and suitable teaching methods.The emergence of immersion drama provides us with a new idea.Based on this,in this paper,we apply the flow theory of positive psychology,combine the characteristics of marketing management teaching and learning,and discuss the concept,key elements and implementation steps of immersion learning in business education.This study provides some reference for the innovation,reform and development of teaching and learning of marketing management.
