本文讨论了海洋环境监测实验教学中引入实验室质量控制方法的重要性和必要性,介绍了空白样、平行样、加标回收、校准曲线、标准物质等质量控制方法及考核时的操作要点,以考核学生实验结果的准确性和精确性,客观、定量地评估学生的实验操作过程和测试结果。本文可为实验考核方法改革提供一些参考。

This paper discussed the importance and necessity of laboratory quality control methods as examination methods in experiment teaching of marine environmental monitoring,and their methods and keys of experiment testing were introduced such as blank sample,parallel sample,recovery,calibration curve and standard substance experiments.This can be contributed to assess the accuracy of monitoring data by students,and objectively mark students’ experiment operation and test results.This paper can provide some references for the reform of experiment testing methods.
