摘要
学员考评是企业培训中的一项基础工作,基本目的在于显现培训效果。培训效果最大化是企业培训中培训机构、培训学员、学员所在企业的共同追求。作为培训供给方,培训机构有责任也应该有能力考评培训效果并将其呈现于利益相关方。要深化学员考评认知,针对学员考评现状和存在问题,构建以培训效果为核心的学员考评体系。
Trainee evaluation is a basic component of corporate training,and its primary purpose is to demonstrate the effectiveness of training.The maximization of training effectiveness is the common pursuit of training institutions,trainees and enterprises.As training suppliers,training institutions have the responsibility and should be able to evaluate the effectiveness of training and present the result to stakeholders.It is necessary to increase trainees’awareness of evaluation and develop an effectiveness-oriented trainee evaluation system,taking into consideration the current landscape of and existing problems in trainee evaluation.
