摘要
我国法律、司法解释、法院判例不断深化对股东知情权的保护,境外立法例也提供了可资借鉴的经验。股东应当加强知情权保护研究,公司应当不断规范股东知情权保护,共同为公司健康发展、社会经济繁荣贡献力量。
China’s laws,judicial interpretations and court precedents continue to deepen the protection of shareholders’right to know,while overseas legislation also provides useful experience for reference.Shareholders should strengthen the protection of shareholders’right to know,and companies should constantly standardize the protection of such right,in an effort to jointly contribute to the healthy development of the company as well as social and economic prosperity.
