本文在分析国有企业加强合规管理、推进合规管理体系建设背景和意义的基础上,总结探索推进合规管理组织体系、制度体系、风控体系和文化建设的经验做法,并对新形势下国有企业如何推动合规管理体系走深走实,加快提升依法合规经营水平提出思考和展望。

Based on the analysis of the background and significance of strengthening compliance management and promoting the construction of compliance management system in state-owned enterprises,this paper summarizes and explores the experience and practices of promoting the construction of compliance management organization system,institutional system,risk control system and cultural construction,and puts forward some thoughts and prospects on how state-owned enterprises can promote the deepening and implementation of compliance management system and accelerate the improvement of compliance management level,according to the law under the new situation.
