The building of a learning working committee on caring for the next generation in the new era is not only the basis for raising the scientific level of the work of the committee,but also an important guarantee for adapting to the requirements of the new situation and new tasks and promoting the development of the committee.Based on the realities of the work of such working committees in the new era,the paper discusses how to build a learning committee from three aspects:the significance of building a learning committee,what to learn,and the ways and methods of building a learning committee,so as to improve the work of the committee in the new era.
