逆全球化背景下应对欧盟反倾销调查的启示及措施

Enlightenment and Measures to Deal with EU Anti-dumping Investigation Under the Background of Anti globalization

随着中国对外贸易的不断深化发展,国际间的贸易摩擦也越来越多,各主要经济体也都采取了贸易保护措施来应对中国商品对其本国市场的冲击。本文以2019年欧盟对中国聚乙烯醇反倾销为例,研究了欧盟采取反倾销调查的原因,并总结了取得反倾销低税率的经验,对企业国际化的经营提供了可供参考的应对建议。

With the continuous deepening and development of China’s international trade,there are more and more international trade frictions.Major economies have also taken trade protection measures to deal with the impact of Chinese goods on their own market.Taking the EU Anti-dumping investigation of polyvinyl alcohol against China in 2019 as an example,this paper studies the reasons of EU taking the Anti-dumping investigation,summarizes the experience of obtaining low Anti-dumping tax rate,and provides countermeasures for the international operation of enterprises.
