On the Brand Construction of Grass-roots Party Construction in State-owned Enterprises

摘要 基层党建工作是发挥基层党组织作用的有效途径。基层党建工作能否健康发展,直接关系到党的影响力与战斗力。破解当前基层党建工作中的难点问题,需要加强顶层设计,抓好贯彻落实。本文将从国有企业基层党组织建设的实践出发,探索如何借鉴现代企业品牌建设理念,通过工作方式创新,有效提升基层党建工作的系统化、标准化水平。 Grass-roots Party building is an effective way to giving full play to the role of grass-roots Party organizations.The healthy development of grass-roots Party building work is directly related to the Party’s influence and effectiveness.To solve the difficult problems in the current grass-roots Party building work,we need to strengthen the top-level design and do a good job of implementation.Starting from the practice of the construction of grass-roots Party organizations in state-owned enterprises,this paper will explore how to learn from the concept of brand construction in modern enterprises,and effectively improve the level of systematization and standardization of grass-roots Party construction through the innovation of working methods.
