本文通过比较智能时代下国内外的典型企业培训机构在人才培养上的实践探索,对中国石化培训机构在智能时代大背景下的机构战略定位、组织架构、培训项目开发和实施、内训师职能、培训对象、培训课程等方面转型提出建议。

By comparing the practice and exploration of typical enterprise training institutions at home and abroad in talent training in the intelligent era,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the transformation of SINOPEC training institutions in terms of institutional strategic positioning,organizational structure,training project development and implementation,internal trainer functions,training objects,training courses and so on.
