摘要
随着"一带一路"倡议的发展,中国企业陆续走向海外,实施战略人力资源管理及提高国际化人力资源管理水平是人力资源工作者发展的新台阶。本文结合对马来西亚渣油加氢这一国际工程总承包项目的实践经验,对企业驻外人员的证件管理、用工管理和跨文化管理等几个方面提出了具体建议,为其他国际工程项目的人力资源管理提供借鉴与参考。
As China’s“Belt&Road”initiative develops,Chinese enterprises are going overseas.Implementing strategic human resources management and improving international human resources management level are new steps for human resources workers.Combined with the practical experience of an international EPC project,the Malaysia residue hydrogenation project,this paper puts forward specific suggestions on the certificate management,employment management and cross-cultural management of enterprises stationed abroad,so as to provide reference for the human resources management of other international engineering projects.
