面向制造的压力容器结构设计优化

摘要 面向制造的设计(DFM,Design for Manufacturing)是并行工程的关键技术之一,该方法的特点是注意从设计的最初阶段就要考虑制造相关的因素,特别考虑制造工艺性。目前国内压力容器设计人员在设计产品时,对产品结构的工艺性考虑的不是很充分,由于结构缺陷造成了制造过程中组装、拆卸、焊接、转动、搬运、运输等环节较为困难。本文,作者根据多年从事压力容器制造工艺方面的经验,列举了压力容器制造过程装配、焊接、无损检测、水压等环节的结构问题,并提出了优化建议,供设计人员参考。
