旋转导向系统在CB19-5井的应用

摘要 CB19-5井是壳牌长北二期在榆林部署的第一口双分支水平井。由于山西组气层薄,为了准确着陆,在12-1/4″井眼斜井段(2 504~3 216 m)使用了哈里伯顿的旋转导向系统,该RSS造斜率可达5°/30 m,可以满足水平段的着陆需求,加之近钻头井斜及伽马离钻头1.42 m,可以实时传输到地面并判断井下地层情况,便于及时决策,同时近钻头伽马带有方位伽马,可预测地层趋势。通过使用RSS并配合轨迹预算,该井在主力砂层准确着陆,免去了LWD,取得了5.86 m/h的良好机械钻速。同时井壁稳定光滑,未通井和短起下钻就安全下完9-5/8″套管,缩短了施工周期并取得了良好的经济效益。
