加强知识产权一体化保护是为了满足区域竞争力提升的需要。长三角经济高质量发展离不开知识产权保护。知识产权保护是经济质量变革的保证、效率变革的体现、动力变革的源泉。长三角知识产权一体化保护力度不断加强,但仍无法适应高质量发展的需要。长三角应在知识产权地方法规立法、保护运行机制、司法保护制度、保护氛围营造等方面开展区域协调与合作。

The high-quality economic development of the Yangtze River Delta should not be separated from the intellectual property protection to improve the competitiveness.It can get the guarantee of quality change,the embodiment of efficiency change,and the source of power change in regional economy.The protection of intellectual property rights in the Yangtze River Delta has been continuously strengthened,but it is difficult to meet the needs of high-quality economic development.So its protection in urban agglomerations of the Yangtze River Delta should carry out long-term and effective regional coordination and cooperation in local laws and regulations,protection operation mechanism,judicial safeguard system and protection environment.
