A Probe into the Development of University Youths’ Voluntary Services under the Background of Normalized Epidemic Prevention and Control

高校青年作为志愿服务的主力军和生力军,在疫情防控等重大突发事件中发挥了极其特殊的重要作用。面对常态化疫情防控的现实背景,高校青年志愿服务要明晰新形势下的志愿服务特点,查摆当前存在的不足,在志愿者能动性、志愿服务专业化、志愿服务制度建设等方面着力,推动高校青年志愿服务再上新台阶。

As the main force and vigorous group of voluntary services,the youths in universities play extremely special and important roles in epidemic prevention and control and other major emergencies.Under the background of normalized epidemic prevention and control,the young volunteers in universities should understand the features of voluntary services in the current situation,find out the existing problems,and focus on the volunteers’proactivity,professional voluntary services,and the institutional construction of voluntary services in order to promote the university youths’voluntary services to a new level.
