摘要
设计了一套强核辐射环境下的真空摄像管显像控制系统。以FPGA的EP4CE10系列控制板为依托,借助自主设计系统电路,实现对监测环境信息的实时获取和显示。系统整体进行模块设计,改进传统真空摄像管控制信号产生方式。实验测试表明,FPGA控制模块信号可调,周期误差小于0.2μs;关键模块电路信号输出稳定,其中视频信号放大电路信号幅值1.0~1.2 V、全电视信号电路信号幅值1.2~1.5V。显示成像标准满足每帧625行312线。该系统达到设计要求,对核辐射环境下设备的监测防护起到积极作用。
A set of vacuum camera tube imaging control system under strong nuclear radiation environment is designed.Relying on the EP4CE10 series control board of FPGA,with the help of selfdesigned system circuit,the real-time acquisition and display of monitoring environment information can be realized.The whole system is modularly designed,which improves the traditional vacuum camera tube control signal generation method.The experimental test shows that the signal of the FPGA control module is adjustable,and the period error is less than 0.2μs;the signal output of the key module circuit is stable,among which the signal amplitude of the video signal amplifier circuit is 1.0~1.2 V,and the signal amplitude of the full TV signal circuit is 1.2~1.5 V.The display imaging standard meets625 lines and 312 lines per frame.The system meets the design requirements and plays an active role in the monitoring and protection of equipment in the nuclear radiation environment.
