摘要
设计了一款基于SiPM和NaI闪烁体相结合用于核辐射剂量测量的小型核探测装置。通过对SiPM的性能研究和分析,开发了一套适用于SiPM的偏置电压的生成、信号I/V变换和放大系统,通过研究和调试,降低了探测器的整体功耗,实现了探测器的小型化设计。
A small nuclear detection device based on the combination of SiPM(silicon photomultiplier)and NaI scintillator for nuclear radiation dose measurement is designed.Through the performance research and analysis of SiPM,a set of bias voltage generation,signal I/V conversion and amplification system suitable for SiPM is developed.Through research and debugging,the overall power consumption of the detector is reduced and the detector is realized miniaturized design.
