净重式力标准机砝码串防护措施研究

摘要 目前,随着净重式力机的发展,作为其负荷的砝码种类也不断增加,由于其特殊的几何属性,对砝码的防护措施提出了严峻挑战。为了解决砝码防护问题,本文首先通过对国际防护标准的研究,总结了国内外防护现状。同时,根据JJG 99-2016砝码检定规程的要求,分析了砝码在防尘与防潮两个方面的影响因素。最后通过对30家国内的净重式力机生产厂商进行调查统计,统计发现,具有防尘防护的企业约占26.7%,具有防潮防护的企业约占6.7%,砝码的防护水平亟待提高。 At present,with the development of net weight force machine,the types of weights as its compliance load are alsoincreasing.Due to its special geometric properties,it poses a severe challenge to the protective measures of weights.In order to solvethe problem of weight protection,this paper first summarizes the protection status at home and abroad through the study of internationalprotection standards.At the same time,according to the requirements of JJG 99-2016 weight verification regulation,the influencingfactors of weight in dust-proof and moisture-proof are analyzed.Finally,through the investigation and statistics of 30 domestic netweight power machine manufacturers,it is found that the enterprises with dust protection account for about 26.7%,and the enterpriseswith moisture protection account for about 6.7%.The protection level of weights needs to be improved.
