摘要 砝码是一种复现质量值的实物量具,是天平衡器检校主要标准器,同时也是实现质量量值传递的标准量具,其准确度影响重大。针对单个砝码检定大多采用手写数据记录的问题,采用Qt技术研究设计单个砝码信息及检定数据的自动采集和处理系统,利用数据库系统实现信息保存及溯源,实现砝码全周期数据信息管理,提高了人员检定效率,使得检定流程有效管控。 The weight is a kind of physical measuring tool that reproduces the quality value.It is the main standard instrument for checking and calibrating the weighing instrument and balance,and it is also the standard measuring tool that realizes the transfer of the quality value.Its accuracy has a significant impact.Aiming the problem that people mostly used handwritten data records for the verification of a single weight.This paper research and design of an automatic collection and processing system for individual weight information and verification data,use the database system to realize information storage and traceability,realize the full cycle data information management of weights,improve the efficiency of personnel verification,and make the verification process effective control.
