静重式力标准机是力仪测试中应用最普遍、准确度等级最高的力标准机,它是以砝码的重力作为标准力值力源。对于称重传感器,往往都是按某一系列进行设计,同一系列的传感器的容量跨度也比较大。为每个容量的传感器配备一台静重式力标准机,会极大地增加生产成本。为适应这种同系列大容量跨度范围传感器的性能测试,设计了该大容量跨度静重式力标准机。

In the test of load cells,the dead weight force standard machine(DWM)is used most wildly and has the highest level of accuracy.The standard force of the DWM is from the gravity of the weights.In a load cell series,the load capacity span is always large.It will seriously increase the cost to equip one DWM for each load cell capacity.The DWM introduced in this paper is a DWM with large capacity span,which cam meet the performance test requirement of a series of load cells with up to 10 times capacity span.
