摘要 针对热电机组在热电耦合和辅助调峰方面适应性相对较差的问题,在对比分析典型灵活性技术路线各自特点的基础上,以东北区域某发电厂的350 MW超临界供热机组为研究对象,分析了该机组在应用35%高低旁路供热技术后,对机组供热能力和电调峰能力的影响。结果表明,应用350 MW机组高低压旁路供热技术,机组深度调峰能力最大可提高约20%,在极寒期可具备深调至30%额定发电出力的能力,且运行安全稳定。该技术应用经济效益显著,具有明显的环保效益和社会效益。 In view of the relatively poor adaptability of thermoelectric units in thermoelectric coupling and auxiliary peak shaving,a 350 MW supercritical heat supply unit of a power plant in Northeast China is studied based on the comparative analysis of the characteristics of typical flexible technical routes.The influence on the heat supply capacity and peak shaving capacity of the unit after the application of the 35%high and low bypass heat supply technology is analyzed.The result shows that after the application of the high and low pressure bypass heating technology of the 350 MW unit,the deep peak shaving capacity of the unit can be increased by up to 20%,and it can be adjusted to 30%of rated power generation capacity during extremely cold period,and the operation is safe and stable.The application of this technology has significant economic benefits,environmental protection benefits and social benefits.
