摘要
阐述了哈尔滨电机厂有限责任公司(哈电)制造的大型发电机F级定子线棒主绝缘各项性能检测分析结果。分析了定子线棒绝缘结构采取的角部场强优化和防晕结构优化处理措施,与定子线棒分别经过电老化试验、500周期冷热循环试验、耐环境因素(潮湿、粉尘和油污等试验)模拟试验等检测试验对线棒性能的影响,及F级定子线棒使用寿命情况。结果表明,哈电制造的F级定子线棒各项性能均达到国际先进水平。
The main insulation property measurements and analysis results for F-stage stator bar of large generator manufactured by Harbin Electric Machinery Co.,Ltd.(HEC)are described.The corner field strength optimization and anti-corona structure optimization measures for stator bar insulation structure are analyzed.The influences of the stator bar on the performance of the bar after tests are described,such as the electrical ageing test,the 500 cycle cold and heat circle test,simulation test of environmental factors(humidity,dust and oil pollution)and so on.The service life of F-stage stator bar is introduced.The results show that all the properties of F-stage stator bars manufactured by HEC have reached the international advanced level.
