数字经济对中国城乡融合发展的影响研究

Research on the Impact of Digital Economy on the Development of Urban-rural Integration in China

随着大数据时代的到来,数字经济的迅猛发展为中国实现高质量发展提供了新动能,同时也展示出缩小城乡差距的巨大潜力.如何借力数字经济实现城乡融合发展,成为亟待探索的重要议题.据此以中国30个省(市、自治区)为研究对象,采用空间杜宾模型、中介效应模型实证研究数字经济对城乡融合发展的直接影响、空间溢出效应及传导机制,为数字经济助力城乡融合发展提供理论支持.研究结果表明:(1)中国数字经济发展水平总体稳步增长,但地区发展不平衡,东部优于中部和西部;(2)城乡融合发展水平低,城乡经济融合和公共服务融合对其影响更大,地区差异逐渐缩小;(3)城乡融合发展呈现空间正自相关和集聚效应,数字经济对其影响存在负向空间溢出效应;(4)数字经济对城乡融合发展起到显著的促进作用,产业结构升级是中介渠道.

With the advent of the big data era,the rapid development of the digital economy provides new momentum for China to achieve high-quality development,while also demonstrating the huge potential for narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas.How to realize the integrated development of urban and rural areas by leveraging the digital economy has become an important issue to be urgently explored.This paper takes thirty provinces(municipalities and autonomous regions)in China as research objects,and adopts the spatial Durbin model and intermediary effect model to empirically study the direct impact,spatial spillover effect and transmission mechanism of digital economy on urban-rural integration development,so as to provide theoretical support for digital economy to help urban-rural integration development.The research results show the four aspects.The first,the overall level of digital economy development in China is growing steadily,but the regional development is unbalanced,with the eastern part outperforming the central and western parts.The second,the development level of urban-rural integration is low,and urban-rural economic integration and public service integration have a greater impact on it,and regional differences are gradually narrowing.The chird,the development of urban-rural integration shows positive spatial autocorrelation and agglomeration effect,and there is a negative spatial spillover effect of the digital economy on its impact.The fourth,the digital economy plays a significant role in promoting urban-rural integration development,and industrial structure upgrading is the intermediary channel.
