草履虫食物泡快速观察实验改良

摘要 “观察草履虫食物泡”是重要的动物学基础实验,快速观察到食物泡的形成、融合、排出代谢废物,是高效完成实验教学的关键.实验中用牙签蘸取墨汁喂食草履虫,最快15 s即可观察到食物泡的形成,食物泡从延长的胞咽处脱离,在伸缩泡的推动下向虫体前端运移,并逐渐融合,当食物泡再次运移到虫体后端胞肛处,食物泡破裂并将食物残渣一次性排出,排泄物呈粉状.改进后的实验提高了效率,增强了学生的感官认知、激发了学生探索的动力. “Observing paramecia food vacuole”is an important basic experiment of zoology.Quickly observing the formation,fusion and discharge of metabolic waste of food vacuole is the key to efficiently complete experimental teaching.In this study,toothpicks dipped in ink were fed to Paramecium,and the formation of food vacuole was observed as soon as 15 seconds.The food vacuole separated from the extended cytopharynx and migrated to the anterior end of the body under the push of the contractile vacuole,and confluented gradually.When the food vacuole migrated to the cytopyge again,the food vacuole burst and discharged the food residue at one time.The excreta was powdery.In the improved experiment,the efficiency is improved,the students’sensory cognition is enhanced and the students’motivation to explore is stimulated.
