温度可调半导体制冷实验箱的设计与制作

摘要 基于半导体制冷片设计了一种制冷实验箱,温度可调范围为-23~25℃,可将被测试的芯片或小型功能模块放入其中,以测试其低温性能.该实验箱以ATMEGA328P为主控芯片,由温度传感器采集温度信号,通过PWM方式的PID控制算法,调节箱内温度,从而达到恒温调节的目的;主控芯片处理的数据会传送给LCD1602显示温度.经实验验证,温度可调半导体制冷实验箱满足探究温度性能的恒温要求. In this article,a refrigeration experimental box based on semiconductor refrigeration chips is designed,with a temperature adjustable range of-23~25℃.The tested chip or small functional module can be placed in it to test its low-temperature performance.The experimental box uses ATMEGA328P as the main control chip,and temperature signals are collected by temperature sensors.Through PWM PID control algorithm,the temperature inside the box is adjusted to achieve constant temperature regulation.The data processed by the main control chip will be transmitted to LCD1602 to display the temperature.After experimental verification,the temperature adjustable semiconductor refrigeration experimental box meets the constant temperature requirements for exploring temperature performance.
