BiOI/KF-KYb_(3)F_(10):Tm/MOF-5复合材料的制备及光催化性能研究

摘要 通过水热法制备了新型光催化BiOI/KF-KYb_(3)F_(10)∶Tm/MOF-5复合材料.通过XRD、FT-IR、SEM、BET、DRS和PL等表征手段进一步研究了样品的结构、形态和光学性质,并且研究了BiOI/KF-KYb_(3)F_(10)∶Tm/MOF-5复合材料的光催化性能.实验结果表明,BiOI/KF-KYb_(3)F_(10)∶Tm/MOF-5复合材料在可见光下的降解能力明显优于纯BiOI,其中BiOI/10%KF-KYb_(3)F_(10)∶Tm/20%MOF-5样品性能最好,能够在100min内降解98.81%的罗丹明B(RhB),比纯BiOI的光催化性能提高约5倍. A novel photocatalytic BiOI/KF-KYb_(3)F_(10)∶Tm/MOF-5 composite was prepared by hydrothermal method.The structure,morphology and optical properties of the samples were further studied by XRD,FT-IR,SEM,BET,DRS and PL characterization methods,and the photocatalytic performance of BiOI/KF-KYb_(3)F_(10)∶Tm/MOF-5 composites was also studied.The experimental results showed that BiOI/KF-KYb_(3)F_(10)∶Tm/MOF-5 composites had significantly better degradation ability than pure BiOI under visible light,and BiOI/10%KF-KYb_(3)F_(10)∶Tm/20%MOF-5 samples had the best degradation ability.It could degrade 98.81%Rhodamine B(RhB)within 100 minutes,which was about 5 times higher than the photocatalytic performance of pure BiOI.
