中国八大综合经济区能源强度差异分解及收敛性研究

Study on Decomposition and Convergence of Energy Intensity Difference in Eight Comprehensive Economic Zones of China

能源消耗强度是“双碳”目标实现的重要监测指标.研究中国能源强度区域差异来源及收敛特征,对于认识中国能源强度的空间格局及区域特征,推动各地区落实行之有效的节能减排任务具有重要意义.基于2010~2019年中国省级面板数据,运用Dagum基尼系数及其分解方法分析中国能源强度的地区差异,并利用变异系数与空间计量模型揭示各地区能源强度的收敛特征.最后,根据中国能源强度的区域差异与收敛特征,为地方政府制定行之有效的差异性能源政策提出相关建议.

Energy consumption intensity is an important monitoring indicator for the carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals.It is of great significance to study the sources and convergence characteristics of regional differences in China’s energy intensity for understanding the spatial pattern and regional characteristics of China’s energy intensity and promoting the implementation of effective energy conservation and emission reduction tasks in various regions.Based on the provincial panel data of China from 2010 to 2019,in this paper,the regional differences of energy intensity in China is analyzed by using Dagum Gini coefficient and its decomposition method,and the convergence characteristics of energy intensity in different regions is revealed by using coefficient of variation and spatial econometric model.Finally,according to the regional differences and convergence characteristics of energy intensity in China,some suggestions are put forward for local governments to formulate effective differential energy policies.
