树木年轮学新前沿和在中国的研究进展

摘要 从树木年轮学成为一门科学学科开始,树轮研究就被用作定年和环境重建的跨学科工具.一些地区的树轮年表可以追溯到数千年前,为研究气候和生态学开辟了新的方向.中国的树轮气候学研究起步较晚但发展至今也取得了长足进步:例如在青藏高原及中国东北部和亚热带东部地区,建立了新的树木年轮采样点;应用传统的树木年代学方法对胡杨(Populus cathayana)及灌木(shrub)树种进行了研究等.该研究由4部分组成:(1)树木年轮学概述:对树木年轮学的概念、原理、发展过程和研究对象进行简要论述;(2)树木年轮学在国际上的前沿研究成果;(3)树木年轮学在中国的研究进展:以树轮气候学为例,介绍近年来国内研究取得的进步和成果;(4)展望未来中国树轮气候学的发展方向. From dendrochronology inception as a scientific discipline, tree-ring research has been used as a trans-disciplinary tool for dating and environmental reconstruction. Tree-ring chronologies in some regions extend back many thousands of years, opening up new directions for the study of climate and ecology. The study of tree-ring climatology in China started relatively late but considerable progress has been made in dendroclimatological research until today, For exmple :new tree-ring sampling sites have been established across the Tibetan Plateau, as well as the north-eastern and sub-tropical eastern parts of China;Using traditional dendrochronology method, the Populus cathayana and shrub species is studied.This study consists of four subjects:(1) an overview of tree chronology: a brief discussion of the concept, research objects, and development process of tree chronology;(2) International advances in dendrology: list the latest breakthroughs and limitations;(3) Dendrochronology research progress in China: The progress and achievements of dendroclimatology research in recent years are introduced.(4)The new stage of dendrochronology development in the future is prospected.
