数码管显示频率参数可调脉冲束信号源设计

摘要 针对磁致伸缩超声波除垢信号源频率可调节分辨率低、动态特性差、操作繁琐的问题,以AVR单片机为核心控制器,使用DDS技术来实现输出信号,设计了一种数码管显示、频率可调的脉冲束信号源系统,并且针对换能器长时间工作发热引起频率偏移的问题,提出在驱动信号里设置间歇脉冲来解决.该系统其输出信号频率参数在0~30 kHz范围内可调.实验结果表明:该信号源系统操作简单、频率稳定度较高、具有较好的调频精度,频率调整分辨率高达0.1 Hz,能够满足超声波除垢磁致伸缩换能器对信号源的要求,可用于磁致伸缩换能器超声波除垢系统. Aiming at the problems of the adjusted frequency of the magnetostrictive ultrasonic descaling signal source the low resolution,the poor dynamic characteristics,and the cumbersome operation in this paper,used the AVR microcontroller as the core controller,and used the DDS technology to realize the output signal,the system of a pulse beam signal source system with adjustable frequency and tube display are designed to solve the problem of frequency offset caused by the long-term operation of the transducer and heat,it is proposed to set intermittent pulses in the driving signal to solve the problem.The system’s output signal frequency parameters are adjustable in the range of 0~30 kHz.The experimental results show that the signal source system has simple operation,high frequency stability,good frequency modulation accuracy,and the frequency adjustment resolution is as high as 0.1 Hz,which can meet the requirements of the ultrasonic descaling magnetostrictive transducer for the signal source.In the magnetostrictive transducer ultrasonic descaling system.
