肢体不对称国际学术研究的知识图谱可视化分析

Visual Analysis of Knowledge Maps in International Academic Studies of Limb Asymmetry

基于Web of Science核心合集数据库,运用CiteSpace软件从多个角度对国际上肢体不对称近20年的研究进行了文献计量及可视化分析,相对科学、直观地展现肢体不对称近20年的研究概况,初步揭示可合作的研究者及机构,对研究热点、前沿及研究趋势进行大致的剖析,在选题、发展方向上为国内学者进行肢体不对称研究提供一定参考.结果表明:日益受到国际学者关注的肢体不对称研究发文量总体呈上升趋势,主要聚焦于运动科学和医学并以此为根基对运动员或患者的功能表现进行测量和改善,位于发达国家的世界知名大学是科研领域内的中坚力量,但暂未受到高质量期刊足量的青睐.研究重心从观察不同人群的肢体不对称逐渐演化到探寻不对称的产生机制,再到改善不对称的治疗手段,最后向利用不对称指数预测损伤风险和判断预后的方向倾斜,已然形成较完善的发展脉络.

Based on Web of Science core collection database,using CiteSpace software from multiple angles,the international limb asymmetry nearly 20 years of literature measurement and visual analysis are made.The research overview of limb asymmetry nearly 20 years is displayed scientifically and intuitively,and the cooperative researchers and institutions have been preliminarily revealed.The research hotspot,frontier and research trends are dissected.In the topic selection,development direction of limb asymmetry research,some reference are provided for domestic scholars.The results show that:the papers of body asymmetry research is rising trend,which mainly focus on sports science and medicine,and based on the functional performance of athletes and patients,located in developed countries,the world famous university is the backbone in the field of scientific research,but not favored by high quality journals.The research focus has gradually evolved from observing the limb asymmetry of different populations to exploring the production mechanism of asymmetry,to improve the treatment of asymmetry,and finally to use the asymmetry index to predict the risk of injury and judge the prognosis,which has formed a more perfect development context.
