安徽省16市数字经济发展对农民增收影响的实证分析

Empirical Analysis on the Impact of Digital Economy Development on Farmers’ income in 16 cities in Anhui Province

数字经济在农村地区的应用进程中,为乡村振兴提供了新动力与新途径.首先使用熵权法对安徽省16市农村数字经济综合发展水平进行测度,结果表明合肥市农村数字经济发展水平较高,其次为阜阳市农村.随后构建农民收入与数字经济发展模型,对模型进行回归分析、检验与修正,探讨数字经济发展与农民增收之间的关系.结果表明数字经济建设对于农民增收影响显著.同时,农业面临着专业知识不足、产业升级边缘化现象、电商培训体系不完善、农业大数据应用较少等问题.加强专业人才培养、缓解农民边缘化、完善电商培训体系、推动农业大数据建设等是助力农村经济高质量发展这一进程中的重要步骤.

The application of the digital economy in rural areas has provided new impetus and new ways for rural revitalization.In this paper first,the entropy weight method was used to measure the comprehensive development level of rural digital economy in 16 cities in Anhui Province.The results show that the development level of rural digital economy in Hefei City is relatively high,followed by rural areas in Fuyang City.Then,a model of farmers’income and digital economy development was constructed,and regression analysis,inspection and revision of the model were carried out to explore the relationship between the development of digital economy and farmers’income increase.The results show that the construction of digital economy has a significant impact on farmers’income increase.At the same time,the agricultural industry faces problems such as insufficient professional knowledge,marginalization of industrial upgrading,imperfect e-commerce training system,and less application of agricultural big data.Strengthening the training of professional talents,alleviating the marginalization of farmers,improving the e-commerce training system,and promoting the construction of agricultural big data are important steps in the process of helping the high-quality development of the rural economy.
