摘要
针对“生产企业原材料的订购与运输”,分别使用模糊综合评价和时间序列预测法,构建了基于TOPSIS改进的因子分析模型、基于模拟退火算法的最经济订购模型以及基于多目标优化和遗传算法的最优订购与转运模型.综合运用了MATLAB、Python及SPSS等软件编程求解,研究得出:对于给定企业的供应商的量化特征,不同约束条件下的最优原材料订购方案和转运方案及相应实施效果的分析,最后通过上述结论预测该企业的产能提升及未来订购与转运方案.
Aimed at ransportation of raw materials for production enterprises,used the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and time series prediction respectively,the factor analysis model based on TOPSIS,the most economical ordering model based on simulated annealing algorithm and the optimal ordering and transshipment model based on multi-objective optimization and genetic algorithm are constructed.Used MATLAB,Python,SPSS and other software programming solution,the results show:For a given enterprise’s supplier quantitative characteristics,under different constraints,the optimal raw material ordering program,transit program and the corresponding implementation effect analysis are gained.Finally,through the above conclusions,the enterprise’s capacity enhancement and the future ordering and transshipment plan ae forcasted.
