二丙二醇甲丙醚的合成工艺优化

摘要 以二丙二醇丙醚、氯甲烷和碱为基本原料,四丁基溴化铵为催化剂,讨论了碱的加入量、催化剂的用量、反应温度和反应时间等因素对产品收率的影响,并采用三因素五水平的响应面分析法对工艺条件进行了优化.通过实验确定了最佳反应条件:四丁基溴化铵为二丙二醇丙醚质量的5%,n(NaOH)∶n(二丙二醇丙醚)=2.6∶1,反应温度是103℃,反应时间7.3 h,二丙二醇甲丙醚的收率达到98.45%,且原料利用率最高,该工艺具有毒性小、副产物少、反应时间短、反应条件不苛刻、收率高的优点. The synthesis of dirpopylene glycol methyl propylene ether was investigated with dipropylene glycol n-propyl ether,chloromethane and alkali as raw materials,tetrabutylammonium bromide as catalysis.The effects of the amount of alkali,the amount of catalyst,the reaction temperature and the reaction time on the yield were studied.The reaction was optimized by using response surface methodology with three factors and five levels.The optimum reaction conditions were:m(tetrabutylammonium bromide)∶m(dipropylene glycol n-propyl ether)=5%,n(NaOH)∶n(dipropylene glycol n-propyl ether)=2.6:1,and the reaction temperature was 103℃,the reaction time was 7.3 h.The yield is the 98.45%and the utilization rate of raw materials is the highest.This process has the advantages,including low toxicity,low content of by-products,short reaction time,no harsh reaction conditions and high yield.
