摘要
提出一种在梁端附近预埋钢件以高强螺栓连接的装配式框架形式,制作相应的缩尺模型及同尺寸的现浇式模型,对二者开展低周往复加载对比试验.结果表明:采用高强螺栓连接节点装配式框架比普通现浇式框架延性系数提高约6.57%,能量耗散系数及等效粘滞阻尼系数分别提高约22.95%和20.00%,初始刚度提高约5.08%,但在开裂后装配式框架刚度退化较快,达到峰值荷载后,二者刚度退化曲线趋缓,最终二者残余刚度趋向相同.说明高强螺栓连接的装配式框架具有较好的整体性及抗震性能,可用于抗震区装配式结构的设计.
A prefabricated frame with high strength bolts connecting the embedded steel parts near the beam-end was proposed.The corresponding scale model and the cast-in-place model of the same size were made,and the comparison tests of low cycle reciprocating loading were carried out for them.The results show that:compared with ordinary cast-in-place frame,the ductility coefficient of prefabricated frame with high-strength bolted joints is about 6.57%higher,energy dissipation coefficient and equivalent viscous damping coefficient are increased by 22.95%and 20.00%respectively,and initial stiffness increased by 5.08%.However,the stiffness of prefabricated frame degrades rapidly after cracking.When the peak load is reached,the stiffness degradation curves of the prefabricated frame and the residual stiffness of the prefabricated frame tend to be the same.It shows that the prefabricated frame with high strength bolt connection has better integrity and seismic performance,and can be used for the design of prefabricated structure in seismic zone.
