耦合协调视角的中原城市群高质量发展研究

Study on the High-quality Development of Zhongyuan Urban Agglomeration from the Perspective of Coupling and Coordination

城市群高质量发展建立在经济、社会及资源环境3个子系统协调发展的基础上,因此,从耦合协调发展视角研究城市群的高质量发展对于区域发展具有重要的指示意义.通过构建城市群高质量发展评价指标体系,借助耦合协调度模型及综合评价等方法研究2020年中原城市群高质量发展特征,并从资源环境-社会、资源环境-经济及经济-社会3个侧面评估城市群高质量发展的细部特征.结果表明:(1)中原城市群的高质量发展水平尚处于第Ⅲ级的较低发展阶段;(2)中原城市群高质量发展形成了中西部以郑州、洛阳为中心,东南局部以蚌埠为中心的空间分布特征,3个区域中以郑州为中心的集聚区发展状况最好,城市群的东部、南部及东南部,存在低值连绵带现象;(3)中原城市群的高质量发展大体上较为均衡,但部分因子的发展已经在区域总量、人均占有水平中形成了较大的差距;(4)社会系统是当下中原城市群高质量发展需要加强的短板.

The high-quality development of urban agglomerations is based on the development of three systems:economy,society,resources and environment.Studying the high-quality development of urban agglomerations from the perspective of coupling and coordinated development between systems has important guiding significance for regional development.Based on the construction of the evaluation index system which is about the high-quality development of urban agglomerations,this paper studies the high-quality development characteristics of Zhongyuan Urban Agglomerations in 2020with the help of the coupling coordination degree model,and evaluates the detailed characteristics of urban agglomerations high-quality development from three aspects:resource environment and society,resource environment and economy,economy and society.The results show that:①The high-quality development level of the main body of the Zhongyuan Urban Agglomeration is still in the lower development stage of level III;②The Zhongyuan Urban Agglomeration has formed the spatial distribution characteristics with Zhengzhou and Luoyang as the center in the central and western regions and Bengbu as the center in the southeast.Among the three regions,the agglomeration area with Zhengzhou as the center has the best development status,and there is the phenomenon of banded low-value continuous areas in the east,south and southeast of the urban agglomeration;③The high-quality development of the Zhongyuan Urban Agglomeration is generally balanced,but the development of some factors has formed a large gap between regions and population distribution;④The social system is the weakness that needs to be strengthened in the future development of the Zhongyuan Urban Agglomeration.
