中原城市群城市竞争力及协同发展策略分析

Analysis on the Competitiveness and Cooperative Development Strategy of Central Plains Urban Agglomeration

城市竞争力已日益成为探索城市发展潜力,评价区域可持续发展的新视角.疏理国内外城市竞争力研究,在中原城市群城市竞争力评价体系基础上,运用熵值赋权法计算2010、2015年和2018年3个时间断面的城市竞争力综合得分,借用GIS等工具并结合城市群区域协同发展理念,对中原城市群协同演变提出经济、空间、社会、生态等方面的发展思路.研究结果表明:(1)2010-2018年中原城市群引力范围不断扩大,呈现出中北部发展势头迅猛,东南部经济滞后的两极分化现象,新乡、焦作、鹤壁和安阳等城市受极化影响较大;(2)中原城市群省际边界区城市邢台、菏泽、信阳和运城等,与核心城市圈缺乏联动效应,协同发展频率较少,节点城市的区位优势逐渐流失;(3)生态环境质量为城市竞争力的主要影响因素,培育高质量的生态经济体系是实现区域可持续发展的重要内容.

Urban competitiveness has increasingly become a new perspective to explore urban development potential and evaluate regional sustainable development.Based on the existing research on urban competitiveness at home and abroad and based on the evaluation system of urban competitiveness of Central Plains Urban Agglomeration,the comprehensive score of urban competitiveness of three-time sections in 2010,2015and 2018was calculated by using entropy weighting method.By using GIS and other tools and combining with the concept of regional collaborative development of urban agglomeration,the development ideas of economy,space,society and ecology are put forward for the coordinated evolution of Central Plains Urban Agglomeration.The results show that:(1)From 2010to 2018,the gravity range of the Central Plains Urban Agglomeration keeps expanding,showing apolarization phenomenon of rapid development momentum in the central and northern regions and lagging economic development in the southeast.Xinxiang,Jiaozuo,Hebi and Anyang cities are greatly affected by the polarization.(2)Xingtai,Heze,Xinyang,Yuncheng and other cities in the inter-provincial boundary region of the Central Plains Urban Agglomeration lack linkage effect with the core city circle,the frequency of coordinated development is less,and the location advantages of node cities gradually lose;(3)The quality of ecological environment is the main influencing factor of urban competitiveness,and cultivating high-quality ecological economic system is an important content to realize regional sustainable development.
