基于文本分析的河南省专业村发展影响因素研究

Research on the Influencing Factors of Specialized Villages Development in Henan Province Based on Text Analysis

专业村是乡村振兴战略实施过程中的重要抓手,对优化地域系统、提升农区经济发展具有促进作用.基于文本分析,利用Nvivo 12.0 Plus软件,从农户认知角度分别对所追踪调研的487个(2008年)、668个(2017年)专业村进行统计分析,从词频分析和节点编码两个视角对比专业村发展的10个影响因素.得出如下结论:(1)专业村的发展受产业内部和外部共同作用的影响且是一个由内及外的过程,主要影响因素有所不同,总的来看,2008年主要受资金和政策的影响,2017年则转变为技术和生态因素;(2)农业型专业村发展的影响因素在2008和2017年相对稳定,技术成为其持续发展的桎梏和瓶颈;(3)工业型专业村发展的影响因素出现了明显变化,由2008年的市场因素转变为2017年的生态环境因素;(4)服务业型专业村的发展持续受有关政策影响,政府的综合服务职能发挥着越来越重要的功效.

The strategy of rural revitalization is a major decision and deployment made by the Central Committee of the Communist of China(cpc)and a major historical task of building a well-off society in an all-round way and building a modern socialist country in an all-round way,which provides the general direction for rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.It is of great practical significance to realize the goal of rural revitalization that explores these influencing factors of the development of specialized villages(SVs)and then speeds up to solve the problems of agriculture,rural areas and farmers in China.Based on the text analysis,this paper used the Nvivo 12.0 Plus software to analyze the survey data of 487 SVs in 2008 and 668 SVs in 2017 from the perspective of farmer cognition,and the results of word frequency analysis and node coding were compared and analyzed from the following dimensions:(1)The development of SVs was affected by the industrial development,especially the internal and external interaction of the corresponding industry,and these main influencing factors of SVs’development were different in different years.The most two important factors were finance and policy in the year of 2008,and technology and ecology in 2017;(2)Technology was the most important influencing factor in the course of development of agriculture SVs,which embodied the relatively stability and constant in 2008 and 2017;(3)The most important influencing factor of the development of manufacture SVs had occurred the significant change in 2008 and 2017,and the factor was transformed from the market to the ecological environment;(4)The development of service-oriented SVs was continuously affected by national and local policies,and the government would play an increasingly important role in the course of development of Service-oriented SVs.
