摘要
在布墙率一定的前提下改变剪力墙在板柱-剪力墙结构中的位置,采用有限元软件SATWE对文中5种布墙方案进行结构抗震性能分析,得出以建筑中部形成核心剪力墙筒体,并在结构外围配置适量剪力墙(方案二)的布墙方式最优,并通过一幢25层板柱-剪力墙居民楼的抗震性能分析,验证了此种布墙方式的优越性.
The finite element software SATWE is used to analyze the seismic performance of the five wall arrangement schemes which are different in the position of shear wall under the premise of a certain percentage of wall.It is concluded that the optimal way of wall arrangement is to form the core shear wall cylinder in the middle of the building and an appropriate number of shear walls arranged in the periphery of the structure(plan II).Through the seismic performance analysis of a 25-story residential building with slab-column shear wall,the superiority of this kind of wall layout is verified.
