传统农区县域产业集群的空间分布及变化研究——以河南省长垣市卫生材料与医疗器械产业为例

A Study on the Spatial Distribution and Change of Industrial Clusters in Traditional Rural Areas: A Case of Health Materials and Medical Equipment Industry in Changyuan County, Henan Province

县域产业集群是县域经济发展的重要模式之一,对其空间分布及变化的研究可揭示其形成与发展路径,为相似县域的产业发展提供参考.以河南省长垣市卫生材料与医疗器械材产业集群为例,利用官方数据、网络数据及问卷调查数据,运用ArcGIS 10.1分析软件,采用空间集聚度测量法、重心分析法、热点分析法,以时间为序列,对其空间分布变化过程进行分析发现:与以往研究结论相似,该县产业集群的发展同样遵循着企业由分散到集聚的路径,但交通干道转移了原有的集聚重心,使集聚现象呈带状分布;地方政府的相关规划与政策导向,影响着不同类型企业的空间集聚重心.论文对集群内企业数量变化、空间分布格局及集群重心迁移等现象发生的原因进行了解释,得出了相关政策启示.

Industrial cluster is one of the important ways of county economic development.The study of its spatial distribution and change can reveal its formation and development path and provide reference for the industrial development of similar counties.Taking the industrial cluster of health materials and medical equipment materials in Changyuan County of Henan Province as an example,using the official data,network data and questionnaire data coupled with the spatial clustering measurement method,center of gravity analysis method,and hot spot analysis method,taking time as a sequence,under the help of Arcgis 10.1,the process of spatial distribution change of health materials and medical equipment industry in Changyuan County is analyzed.It is found that:similar to the previous research conclusion,the development of industrial clusters in the county also follows the path of enterprises from decentralization to agglomeration,but the original agglomeration center is shifted by the main road,which makes the agglomeration phenomenon take on a belt.The relevant planning and policy guidance of local governments affect the spatial concentration of different types of enterprises.Finally,the reasons for the number of enterprises in the cluster,the spatial distribution pattern and the migration of cluster gravity center are explained,and the relevant policy implications are obtained.
