基于知识图谱的产业用地利用管控研究态势分析

Analysis on the Research Situation of Industrial Land Use Control Based on Knowledge Map

以中国知网核心数据库2294篇期刊论文为数据源,运用CiteSpace引文可视化工具对产业用地利用管控研究的机构、发文作者、合作网络、学术期刊及高频关键词等进行分析,剖析其研究现状及态势.研究表明:(1)自1992年起,产业用地利用管控研究成果不断涌现,研究水平趋向成熟.刊文期刊集中在经济与管理类、规划科学类、地理科学类、资源环境类及农业科学类等5类学科;(2)研究机构以南京农业大学公共管理学院、南京大学地理与海洋科学学院为主体,并形成以南京农业大学曲福田教授、南京大学黄贤金教授、西南大学杨庆媛教授、中科院杨桂山教授等为核心的4个主要研究团队.总体上各研究机构之间学术交流较少,研究较为独立,局部地理位置临近的研究团队合作较为紧密;(3)27 a的研究热点演变可划分为3个阶段,初始阶段(1992-2002年)聚焦于农村工业化、城市开发区建设、土地市场化;快速增长阶段(2003-2009年)研究热点主要为开发区土地集约利用、城市空间结构及土地调控;波动增长阶段(2010-2018年)研究热点更加多元,涉及建设用地集约评价、城市更新、新型城镇化、多规合一和乡村振兴.未来研究将聚焦在多规合一、城市更新、低效用地再开发、农村集体经营性用地及农地非农化等方向.

Taking the 2294 periodical papers of the core database of China National Knowledge Infrastructure as the data source,this paper analyzes the research status and situation of industrial land use control research institutions,sending authors,cooperative networks,academic journals and high-frequency keywords by using CiteSpace Citation visualization tool.The research shows that:(1)Since 1992,the research results of industrial land use control have emerged continuously,and the research level tends to mature.The periodicals are concentrated in 5 kinds of disciplines such as the economic and management category,the planning science category,the geography science category,the resource environment category,and the agricultural science class.(2)The research institution takes the College of Public Administration of Nanjing Agricultural University,the College of Geographic and Oceanographic Sciences of Nanjing University as the main body,and forms four major research teams such as Professor Qu Futian of Nanjing Agricultural University,Professor Huang Xianjin of Nanjing University,Professor Yang Qingyuan of Southwest University,and Professor Yang Guishan of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.In general,there are few academic exchanges among research institutions,more independent research,and closer research teams with local geographical proximity;(3)The evolution of research hotspot in 27 years can be divided into three stages.The initial stage(1992-2002)focuses on rural industrialization,urban development zone construction,and land marketization.The rapid growth stage(2003-2009)focuses on the development zone land intensive utilization,urban spatial structure,and land regulation.Wave growth stage(2010-2018)research hotspots are more diverse,involving intensive evaluation of construction land,urban renewal,new urbanization,multi-regulation and rural revitalization.Future research will focus on the hot direction of multi-regulation,urban renewal,low-utility redevelopment,rural collective management land,agricultural land non-farming and so on.
