“师生双元互融”线上教学模式探究

摘要 线上教学受到教学条件等的客观限制,需要进行教学改革与创新。论文以学习金字塔理论作为研究理论基础,提出在进行市场营销学(双语)教学过程中,构建“师生双元互融”线上教学模式。学生作为一级教学主体实施教学,教师作为次级教学主体辅助教学,促使学生变被动学习为主动学习,实现教师、学生双元教学主体互相学习、互为补充,融合发展。实践表明,该模式能够取得较好的教学效果,学生满意度较高。最后,对该线上教学模式的实施进行了反思与总结。 As online teaching is subject to the objective restrictions of teaching conditions,teachers need to carry out teaching reform and innovation.Based on the Learning Pyramid,this THESIS proposes to build an online teaching model of“teacher-student integration”in the teaching process of marketing.This mode refers to that students implement teaching as the primary teaching subject and teachers assist teaching as the secondary teaching subject.This model can promote students to change passive learning into active learning,and realize the mutual learning,complementation and integration of teachers and students.The practices show that this model can achieve good teaching effect and students'satisfaction is high.Finally,the paper reflects and summarizes the implementation of the online teaching mode.
