蒸汽发生器二次侧排污取样管路堵塞问题及其解决方案

摘要 针对核电厂核取样系统普遍存在的蒸汽发生器二次侧排污取样管路易堵塞问题,对需要去除的腐蚀产物物理化学特性进行分析,并根据其特性设计了磁性吸附过滤方案。对该方案的可行性进行分析,结果表明,磁棒对试验核电厂一回路主要特征核素吸附能力较小或几乎没有吸附能力,采用磁棒过滤器对蒸汽发生器二回路总核素活度浓度的测量影响较小,证明增设磁性吸附过滤装置去除杂质的方案可行。 The blocking of the steam generator secondary blow-down sampling line commonly exists in the nuclear sampling system.This paper analyzes the physical and chemical characteristics of the corrosion products to be removed,,and the magnetic adsorption filtration plan is proposed based on their characteristics.The analysis of the feasibility of this plan shows that the magnetic rod is with little or even no adsorption capability to the main characteristic nuclide of the primary loop of the test plant.The magnetic rod filtration is with little effect on the total nuclide activity and concentration of steam generator secondary loop,which proves that it is feasible to add magnetic adsorption filtration device.
