摘要
针对田湾核电站放射性废物处理中心蒸残液(泥浆)处理系统试运行过程中影响系统正常运行的问题进行了分析,包括蒸残液(泥浆)槽车搅拌桨变形导致密封失效无法建立储罐负压、桶内干燥器温湿度计设计环境不满足实际运行环境导致可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)顺序控制程序(简称顺控程序)无法正常执行、冷凝罐液位计异常波动导致无法判断烘干效果、桶内液位计异常波动导致顺控程序无法正常判断停止条件等。根据分析结果,提出了相应的解决方案,并对后续类似系统的运行提出了建议。
The problems which affect the system normal operation during the trial operation of the steam residue(mud)treatment system in the radioactive waste treatment center of Tianwan Nuclear Power Plant were analyzed,including:the seal failed and the negative pressure of the tank could not be established due to the deformation of the agitator in the residual liquid(mud)tank car;the design environment of the temperature and humidity meter in the drum dryer did not meet the actual operation environment,and thus the programmable logic controller(PLC)sequence control program cannot be executed normally;the abnormal fluctuation of the condensate tank level gauge results in the failure in the determination of drying effect;and the sequence control program is unable to judge the stop condition normally due to the abnormal fluctuation of the liquid level gauge in the barrel.According to the analysis results,the corresponding solutions and the suggestions for the operation of similar systems are put forward.
