摘要
针对控制棒驱动机构不能正常调节功率的故障问题,利用故障树分析方法建立了故障分析表;针对定子部件与耐压壳部件发生的卡滞现象,对定子部件结构、安装空间、应力强度进行了分析。结果表明,通过提高定子部件运行电流即可解决控制棒驱动机构故障;通过拆卸方案及应力分析结果获得了定子部件拆卸工装的设计方案,此方案减小了定子部件被拆卸时与耐压壳部件发生卡滞的风险。
In view of the failure of the control rod drive mechanism to regulate the power normally,a fault analysis table was established using the fault tree analysis method;for the stuck phenomenon of the stator component and the pressure shell component,the stator component structure,installation space,and stress intensity are analyzed.The results show that the control rod drive mechanism fault can be solved by increasing the operating current of the stator components;the design scheme of the stator component disassembly tooling is obtained based on the disassembly scheme and the results of stress analysis.This scheme reduces the risk of jamming with the pressure shell components when the stator components are disassembled.
