核电厂内衬玻璃钢混凝土管道腐蚀状态评估

摘要 为解决某核电厂循环水系统排水段的部分内衬玻璃钢混凝土管道出现的大面积鼓泡、开裂、表面存在疏松缺陷等问题,分析了玻璃钢鼓泡、开裂原因,并对混凝土管道做了腐蚀评估。结果表明,在压力作用下,地下水渗透入不密实的混凝土管道将导致内衬玻璃钢发生鼓泡、开裂;混凝土管道的强度满足要求,且碳化深度对混凝土结构的危害较小;经半电池电位检测及实际凿开验证,混凝土中的钢筋已经发生锈蚀。 In order to solve the problems of large area bubbling,cracking and loose surface defects in the partially lined FRP concrete pipe of the circulating water system of a nuclear power plant,this paper analyzes the reasons for the bubbling and cracking of the FRP pipe,and makes corrosion evaluation for the concrete pipe.The results show that through the unconsolidated concrete pipes,groundwater causes bubbling and cracking of the lining FRP under pressure,the strength of concrete pipes meets the requirements,and the depth of carbonization is less harmful to concrete structures,and the half-cell potential detection and actual chiseling verify that the steel in the concrete has been rusted.
