摘要
针对方家山核电厂反应堆保护系统(RPS)运行检修和定期试验时存在的误启动柴油机等缺陷,进行了问题原因分析;结合核电厂经验反馈提出了RPS改进和优化方案,并对改造方案和软件进行审查和验证,最后借助大修时间窗口实施软件装载并开展现场测试。结果表明系统优化方案效果良好,软件验证与确认过程完整、有效,系统可靠性得到进一步提升。方家山核电厂RPS系统优化作为首次对国外安全级仪表控制产品进行大规模自主化改造、全范围软件验证与确认的工程,节约了系统优化时间,降低了系统改造成本,对其他核电厂RPS等安全级仪表控制系统自主优化和改造具有良好的借鉴意义。
In this paper,defects discovered during RPS operation,maintenance and periodic test of Fangjiashan NPP(such as mis-starting of diesel engine)have been analyzed.The RPS improvement and optimization scheme was proposed based on the experience feedback of other NPPs.To ensure its correctness,feasibility and effectiveness,the retrofit plan and software were reviewed and verified.Finally,software loading and field testing were performed with the overhaul time window to ensure that the previous defects were fixed and no new defects were introduced.The results show that the system optimization scheme works well,the software V&V process is complete and effective,and the system reliability is further improved.The optimization of RPS of Fangjiashan NPP is the first large-scale transformation for foreign security level Instrument and Control(I&C)product and the first application of full-scale software V&V,which saves system optimization time and greatly reduces the cost of system transformation.It has good reference significance for optimization and transformation of security level I&C systems such as RPS in other NPPs.
