摘要
为确保安全级数字化控制系统(DCS)取证过程中模拟件的代表性,基于核安全监管当局对模拟件的要求,从架构、功能和性能、鉴定试验、制作过程及质量保证体系4个方面对安全级DCS模拟件制作过程中的关键要素进行了分析。结果表明,安全级DCS模拟件制作除需关注基础功能模块的代表性外,还需重点关注基础功能模块组成系统的代表性,具体涉及系统构架、信号路径、软硬件、性能指标、鉴定试验、制作工序及工艺和质量保证等方面。分析结果可为安全级DCS取证提供参考。
Based on the requirement of the nuclear safety regulatory authorities for the specimen,the key elements in the process of manufacturing the safety DCS system specimen are analyzed in four aspects:architecture,function and performance,qualification test,process of manufacturing and QA,which helps to guarantee the representativeness of specimen.In addition to the representativeness of basic functional modules,the result indicates that attention shall be fixed on the representativeness of the integrated system of the basic functional modules including the system architecture,signal path,hardware and software,performance,qualification test,manufacturing procedure and QA.It can be used as a reference for the licensing of safety DCS.
