北流M^(S)5.2和靖西M^(S)5.2地震震害特征对比

Comparison of Seismic Damage Characteristics between Beiliu M^(S)5.2 Earthquake and Jingxi M^(S)5.2 Earthquake

2019年10月、11月广西北流和靖西连续发生了2次M^(S)5.2地震,2次地震的震级一致,但震害表现出较大差异,对比分析2次地震的震害特征并讨论2次地震震害差异的原因。结果表明:震区的岩性、地貌差异和地震的余震序列、震源深度、地震类型等差异都是造成2次地震震害特征差异的原因。

In October and November 2019,two M^(S)5.2 earthquakes occurred in succession in Beiliu and Jingxi of Guangxi.The magnitudes of the two earthquakes were the same,but the seismic damage showed great differences.In this paper,the characteristics of the two earthquakes are compared and analyzed,and the causes of the differences of the two earthquakes are discussed.The results show that the causes of the differences in the characteristics of the two earthquakes include the differences in lithology and geomorphology,aftershock sequence,focal depth and earthquake type.
