国际商会最新版本的《国际贸易术语解释通则》于2020年1月1日生效,结合国际贸易实践需求和国际经济发展趋势,针对保险费用、安保费用、运输工具的安排、提单等单证的签发等修改了相关贸易术语,以供国际贸易当事人选择和适用。

Based upon the practical need the for international trade and the trend of international economic development,the latest edition of International Rules for the Interpretation of Trade Terms(Incoterms 2020) enacted by ICC and took effect as of 1 January 2020 amended the trade terms regarding insurance premiums,security expenses,arrangement for transport means and issuance of bill of lading etc.for the parties in the international trade to choose for use.
