由于海洋渔业工作性质的特殊性,女性劳动力在海洋渔业领域一直处于附属地位,不被重视甚至承认。海洋渔业领域的女性权利保护已经开始受到国际社会的重视。通过对海洋渔业劳动力的演变以及对女权保护实践的现状分析,研究在海洋渔业领域的女性劳动力法律保护的必要性并提出相关可行性措施。

Due to the special nature of marine fishery work,the female labor force has long been attached to the field and has not been valued or even recognized.Protection of women’s rights in the field of marine fisheries has already received the attention of the international community.The author analyses the necessity of the.legal protection of female laborers in the field of marine fisheries through the analysis of the evolution of labor force in this field and the status quo of the practice of protection of women’s rights and proposes the relevant feasible measures.
