Summarization of maritime guidance cases and typical cases in recent years

选取近年来最高人民法院发布的代表性较强或审判过程中争议较大的三件指导案例和三件典型案例进行评析,涉及申请设立海事赔偿责任限制基金、海难救助合同、船舶建造保险合同案、海上货物运输合同和水路货物运输合同。

Six cases are selected from the guidance cases issued by the Supreme People’s Court of the China and the maritime typical cases published on the China Court website in the recent years in China and analysed.The cases relate to limitation fund for maritime claims,shipbuilding insurance contract,contract of carriage of goods by sea,contract of domestic carriage of goods by water.
